Role Overview:

We're hiring a community-aware content manager to help our clients show up authentically in local Facebook groups. This role blends creativity, timing, and empathy - you'll be responsible for posting approved content, reading the room in each group, and making sure engagement turns into meaningful connections and leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Facebook group conversations to stay in tune with trending topics and community tone.
  • Coordinate with our copywriting team to tailor content for each group.
  • Post content using client-managed Facebook profiles, always complying with group rules.
  • Monitor reactions and comments for 2448 hours after posting. Respond where appropriate and escalate leads or key questions.
  • Track all posts in Google Sheets, logging date, status (pending/approved/rejected), and engagement metrics (likes, comments).

Success Looks Like:

  • 3-5 posts per account per day, maintaining a 70%+ approval rate.
  • Clear daily summaries of top-performing posts and audience insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience using Facebook groups personally or professionally
  • Excellent written communication and online engagement skills
  • Confident using Google Sheets or Excel for post tracking
  • Ability to adapt tone across different audiences
  • Stable internet connection and comfort switching between profiles

Preferred Qualities:

  • Creative mindset with an understanding of community dynamics
  • Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
  • Strong judgment for what kind of content feels native to a group
  • Experience in a fast-paced or agency environment is a plus
