Work Schedule: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST
Compensation: $400 - $700 USD/month

Role Overview:
We're looking for a research-focused and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of one of the most critical phases of our marketing strategy: joining high-quality, local Facebook groups that allow promotional content. Your research helps unlock new opportunities and directly fuels client results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant, location-specific Facebook groups based on client industries (e.g., local mom groups, business communities, etc.,).
- Evaluate group quality based on engagement, posting activity, membership size, and admin presence.
- Join groups strategically using assigned Facebook profiles, ensuring compliance with each group's rules and joining questions.
- Track all joining activity in shared Google Sheets, including group name, join status, quality rating, and notes.
- Report patterns in acceptance/rejection and flag groups that restrict posting or appear inactive.
Success Looks Like:
- Aim for 10-12 quality group join attempts per account per day.
- Aim for a 90%+ acceptance rate by selecting active, relevant groups
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Facebook navigation skills, especially within Groups
- Proven online research skills and ability to make informed judgments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Comfortable using Google Sheets for data entry and tracking
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualities:
- Proactive problem solver with a systems mindset
- Experience with social media, community management, or data tracking
- Familiarity with U.S. local communities or consumer behavior
- Previous work in a fast-paced or agency setting is a plus
