About Ride the Wave

Ride The Wave is a fast-growing organic lead generation company helping businesses drive sales through targeted posting in local Facebook groups. In under a year, we've scaled to nearly 100 active clients and we're just getting started.


We're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on VP to serve as the organic marketing and client success leader of our team. This role will drive strategy, execution, and innovation across Facebook Group marketing and paid media while also owning client communication, retention, and satisfaction.


Must-Haves

  • Proven success using Facebook Groups for lead generation
  • Experience in a senior-level client success role, managing a large and diverse client roster

Compensation:

$2000 to $3000 USD/Month



Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth & Facebook Group Strategy

  • Manage and scale 20+ Facebook accounts, driving consistent engagement and lead generation
  • Lead the end-to-end Facebook Group strategy: growth, engagement, and performance
  • Implement innovative growth tactics and content strategies
  • Stay current on platform changes, algorithms, and emerging marketing trends
  • Oversee content direction and ensure high-impact copy and visuals
  • Provide actionable feedback to the creative team to refine messaging and effectiveness

Content & Social Strategy

  • Build and optimize strategies across Facebook Groups and other relevant platforms
  • Scale underperforming accounts into high-performing growth channels
  • Oversee content and copy creation to match client voice and brand goals
  • Guide monthly reporting, analyzing group engagement and strategic direction

Paid Media Support

  • Provide strategic guidance on Meta Ads and organic ad approaches
  • Align paid strategies with broader marketing goals
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to maximize ROI

Client Success

  • Own client communication across onboarding, retention, and satisfaction
  • Reduce churn by proactively identifying and solving client challenges
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience for all new clients

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a growing marketing team
  • Ensure smooth execution, clear delegation, and team accountability
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Performance & Process Optimization

  • Refine workflows and systems to boost team efficiency and client outcomes
  • Use performance data to make strategic, informed improvements
  • Champion a culture of excellence across client service and team operations

  • Proven Marketing Leader: 3+ years in organic marketing and lead generation with a strong track record of success
  • Expert in Facebook Engagement: Deep understanding of Facebook algorithms and community-building techniques
  • Strategic & Execution-Focused: Comfortable building high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves when needed
  • Analytical & Growth-Minded: Obsessed with testing, tracking performance, and staying ahead of trends
