About Ride the Wave

Ride The Wave is a fast-growing organic lead generation company that helps businesses drive sales through targeted advertising in local Facebook groups. In under a year, we've scaled to nearly 100 active clients and continue to expand.

We're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team, refine our strategies, and push the boundaries of what's possible in organic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute strategies to consistently drive organic leads to our clients
• Optimize Facebook Group marketing, content, and audience engagement strategies
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and new organic growth tactics. Continuously implement them in our day to day workflows
• Give regular and quality feedback to the copywriting team to improve the impact our copy creates

Facebook Ads & Paid Media Support

• Oversee paid media initiatives to complement organic marketing efforts
• Provide guidance, insights, and recommendations for optimizing Facebook Ads performance
• Work closely with the team to ensure paid strategies align with overall marketing goals

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow our high-performing marketing team
• Provide guidance on best practices, campaign optimizations, and creative strategies
• Support other leaders within the company with strategies as needed and help drive execution to take the company forward
• Foster a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement

Service & Performance Optimization

• Constantly refine and improve internal processes and client results
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
• Ensure we deliver an A+ service to our clients and keep delivering consistent results for them

Who You Are

Proven Marketing Leader

3+ years in organic marketing & lead generation, with a strong understanding of community-driven growth.

Agency Experience Required

You've thrived in a fast-paced agency setting, juggling multiple clients and delivering results at scale.

Strategic & Hands-On

You know how to build high-level strategies and aren't afraid to get in the trenches to execute them.

Growth-Driven & Analytical

You're obsessed with improving performance, testing new ideas, staying ahead of trends and have documented results achieved by leveraging data.
