Many of our senior team started in roles just like this.</li></ul><h3><strong>Role Overview:</strong></h3><p>We're looking for a <strong>research-focused and detail-oriented individual</strong> to take ownership of one of the most critical phases of our marketing strategy: joining high-quality, local Facebook groups that allow promotional content. Your research helps unlock new opportunities and directly fuels client results.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Research and identify <strong>relevant, location-specific Facebook groups</strong> based on client industries (e.g., local mom groups, business communities, etc.,).</li><li>Evaluate group quality based on engagement, posting activity, membership size, and admin presence.</li><li>Join groups strategically using assigned Facebook profiles, ensuring compliance with each group's rules and joining questions.</li><li>Track all joining activity in shared Google Sheets, including group name, join status, quality rating, and notes.</li><li>Report patterns in acceptance/rejection and flag groups that restrict posting or appear inactive.</li></ul><h3><strong>Success Looks Like:</strong></h3><ul><li>Aim for 10-12 quality group join attempts per account per day.</li><li>Aim for a 90%+ acceptance rate by selecting active, relevant groups</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong Facebook navigation skills, especially within Groups</li><li>Proven online research skills and ability to make informed judgments</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational habits</li><li>Comfortable using Google Sheets for data entry and tracking</li><li>Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Proactive problem solver with a systems mindset</li><li>Experience with social media, community management, or data tracking</li><li>Familiarity with U.S. local communities or consumer behavior</li><li>Previous work in a fast-paced or agency setting is a plus</li></ul><h3><strong>How to Apply:</strong></h3><p>Please complete the application form at:<span style="background-color: rgb(229, 229, 229); font-size: 14px;">https://ridethewave.discovered.ai/job-details/29460</span></p><p><br></p><p><em>Note: Only applications submitted through the form will be considered.</em></p>
